Seller Notes: “1968 horn, blessing stencil for Grenadier which was designed by Donald Getzen when he split with … “1968 horn, blessing stencil for Grenadier which was designed by Donald Getzen when he split with the Getzen company….not sure who the stencil GRENADIER was but i do have a Getzen horn also marked the same so he must have brought them over …..horn is a blessing chassis, but has nickel inner slides which adds some real zing….also has a 5″ bell…..nice sound in the upper register…..i have a couple of these that i’m keeping as they’re beat up…..this particular differed with a large ring on the 1st slide that was almost an inch away from the casing and was very uncomfortable…luckily i have a few extra of these offset blessing 1st saddles so i changed it back to that….horn in decent shape….some pings here and there….valves a bit loose as most blessings are…..slides work fine….has had chem and ultrasonic clean….new felts/corks….comes with an original case….”
